Employability skills, also known as soft skills or transferable skills, are a set of attributes and qualities that go beyond technical or specific job-related knowledge.

The Goal

To impart and enhance the skills and attitudes necessary to gain employment and participate effectively in the workplace.

Pre-Training Assessment

This is a combination of multiple assessments related to attitude, behaviour, communication and aptitude. This will help us measure the outcome and impact of the training program better.

Training Engagement

Examples, illustrations, role plays, presentations and case analysis are integral parts of the training delivery system. Our trainers make everyone in the class participate and learn. There is a mini-assessment at the end of each session used to revise the takeaways of the day.

Assessments

Comprehensive model assessments, mock GDs, individual mock interviews are conducted and detailed feedback is shared so that there is enough practice to the students and necessary improvements could be made if required.
